A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION SEVEN (7), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: STARTING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SECTION LINE 740 FEET WHICH SHALL BE THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, THENCE RIGHT ENCLOSING 90 DEGREES 15’ A DISTANCE OF 148 FEET, THENCE RIGHT ENCLOSING 89 DEGREES 45’ A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET, THENCE RIGHT ENCLOSING 90 DEGREES 15’ A DISTANCE OF 148 FEET TO THE SECTION LINE, THENCE RIGHT ENCLOSING 89 DEGREES 45’ A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING IN ALL 0.51 ACRES, BUT SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS AND RIGHT-OF-WAYS.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
