Micheala Montez Sauber, whose mailing address is: 711 W. Cherry St., Bluffton, IN 46714, Wells County, Indiana 46714, hereby gives notice that she has filed a petition in the Wells Circuit Court requesting that her name be changed to Micheala Montez Decker.
Notice is further given that hearing will be held on said Petition on the 31st day of October, 2012 at 2:00 o’clock p.m.
