Notice is hereby given that the AREA PLAN COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in Conference Room 105 in the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington St., in the City of Bluffton, IN at 7:30 o’clock P.M. on the 5th day of July, 2012, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of Ossian Partners, LLC for the purpose of a Development Plan.

Proposed Development Plan: General Retail Store
Common Location: The subject property is located on State Road 1 between Davis & Dehner, Ossian, Indiana, 46777.
Brief Legal: The subject property is described as 0.72 acres in the SW quarter of Section 09 Township 28N Range 12E in Jefferson Township.
