Record 59 Page 813; thence northerly, 372.06 feet along the west line of said Misc. Record 59 Page 813, along a non tangent curve to the right, whose radius is 2914.79 feet and falls easterly, whose chord is 371.81 feet and bears north 03 degrees 41 minutes 33 west to a 5/8” rebar stake at the P.T. of said curve; thence north 00 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds west, 63.87 feet along said west line to a 5/8” rebar stake on the south line of the 4.92 acre tract described in Deed Record 134 Page 851; thence north 89 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds west, 30.00 feet along the south line of said 4.92 acre tract described to the east line of said Misc. Record 59 Page 813; thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds east, 435.00 feet along said east line to the place of beginning. Containing 0.23 acres more or less. LEAVING AFTER SAID EXCEPTION 3.01 ACRES more or less. Subject to: the right-of-way of County Road 100 East, the right-of-way of a legal open drain known as the ‘Barwiler” and rights-of-way and easement of record. Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
