Come one, come all

The 15 people crafting the county’s next comprehensive plan are “open for anything,” and they invited the public to start sharing Tuesday at the Ossian Town Hall.
First, though, the comprehensive plan steering committee is encouraging Wells County residents and groups to answer the four-page questionnaire, which three committee members distributed to the six members of the public who attended the first of possibly more meetings Tuesday.
Those questions and the opinions they generate — said Todd Mahnensmith, Wells County Council member and steering committee representative — will form the foundation for the county’s next 10 years.
