B-H schools set up compensation plan for teachers

Under a new compensation model the Bluffton-Harrison school board approved during its Monday meeting, teachers will now essentially have to earn 50 percent of any prospective pay raises by how they teach in the classroom, not just how long they’ve taught in it.
