Bluffton-Harrison has 175 out-of-district students for this school year

The Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District has growing pains.
Nearly every square foot of the district’s elementary school is being used, and a traffic pattern put into place there during morning drop-offs and evening pick-ups has “solved last year’s problem,” members of the district’s board of trustees were told Monday night.
